On the day of the event, you will need your license or NPI number to sign in for the event in order to receive the CEU certificate.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received in writing to SNAP at least 7 days prior to the seminar will be refunded. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the seminar will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. No refunds will be made for cancellations or no-shows the day of the seminar. Registration may be transferred to another participant at any time to avoid cancellation fees.
